2. What VerifyFriendly does
VerifyFriendly helps you analyze suspicious messages, links, phone numbers, and images for signs of scams using AI-powered analysis. Our results are intended as guidance only. We cannot guarantee that every scam will be detected, or that every flagged item is actually a scam. Always use your own judgment and, when in doubt, consult a trusted family member or contact your bank or local authorities.
3. Your account
You must sign in with a valid account to access premium features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Subscriptions and payments
VerifyFriendly offers monthly ($9/month) and annual ($79/year) subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription button on your My Account page. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use VerifyFriendly only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to harass, harm, or defraud others, to submit content that is illegal or violates the rights of others, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
VerifyFriendly is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do our best to provide accurate scam detection, but we cannot guarantee results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VerifyFriendly is not liable for any financial loss, identity theft, or other harm that results from your use of — or reliance on — the service. Always verify important decisions with a trusted person or professional.
